Building
With its company buildings, associated outdoor areas, and service vehicles, REMA TIP TOP maintains a visible presence in public spaces. The visual impact must therefore be defined by the following principles:
Compliance with the corporate design, ensuring that the facilities are immediately associated with REMA TIP TOP
Well-maintained properties, enabling a positive transfer of image
A design that allows viewers to orient themselves immediately
External Appearance
The following aspects are part of the building’s external appearance:
Facades and structural elements
REMA TIP TOP logo
Facades and structural elements
REMA TIP TOP buildings should be designed predominantly in white. This also applies to doors, windows, and other structural elements. As an exception, doors may also be finished in REMA TIP TOP red. If the facade color must deviate from white, the logo must be placed on sufficiently large white background areas.
Logo
Depending on the structural conditions, the logo may be used with or without the claim. In all cases, the defined protection zones must be observed. If multiple logos are installed on a building, they must be positioned at the same height and be the same size. Logos must be surrounded by sufficient white space and mounted on appropriate signage. The materials used must be color- and shape-stable, and installation must be executed cleanly, for example, without visible screw heads or deformation of the sign.
