Business cards

Specifications for the Address Block

An individual address block is created for each REMA TIP TOP subsidiary or national company.

The font sizes, the font colors black and REMA TIP TOP red as well as the line spacing must be selected as specified below.

“REMA TIP TOP” is always set in capitals and must never be separated!

City and country are separated by a slash without a space before and after.

The designations “Phone”, “Fax” and “Mobile” are always used. The term “e-mail” is not used.

The numbers begin with “+” and the country code, not separated by a space, followed by a space. In Germany, the “0” of the area code is also omitted, followed by a space.

The telephone number is not interrupted by spaces. The extension number is separated by a hyphen without any further spaces.

In general, corporate level business cards are bilingual.

First language – front page
Second language – back page

The size of the business cards is 85 x 55 mm. They are always designed in landscape format.

Letterheads and envelopes

The REMA TIP TOP business stationery is created in A4 format and contains the logo with claim in the size and position shown on the right. A print file of the REMA TIP TOP business stationery is available in the download area.

The company stationery is used to print business correspondence and other business documents (e.g. quotations, invoices, QM forms). The design requirements for letters, internal information circulars etc. are described in the following chapters. Microsoft Word templates are also available for these documents in the download area. Basic design instructions are also provided for the free use of business documents, for example for creating new forms.

Please note: The document size is always A4. Within a final document, you may not switch between portrait and landscape format!

The business letter contains the elements listed above. The sizes, ratios and fonts are defined and must be adhered to.

Only the logo with claim is shown on the envelope. Other envelope formats can be adapted. Window envelopes are recommended for business correspondence. In this case, the letter window sender line is visible and corresponding label printing is unnecessary.

E-Mail signatur

The Arial font is used for e-mail signatures and e-mail texts. The font can be set in bold for text highlighting. The text of the e-mail is set in Arial, black, 10pt/11pt.

The contact numbers are aligned with a tab. Imprint and Confidentiality Notice are also to be set in Arial, black, but 2pt smaller than the text and address block, i.e. in font size 8pt/9pt. The logo is positioned above the address block. The height of the logo must be at least 8 mm.

Each subsidiary must ensure that its own signature correctly contains the legally prescribed mandatory information!

If trade fair banners or other promotional banners are included in email signatures, they must always be placed below the social media icons and above the imprint.
